how/when does my station apper in the shoutcast stats

Thanks for the info. i am sure our station will show up eventually .. the only disadvantage here is that our stats starts from zero. whenever the shoucats server re-starts. Is there a way to overcome that short of preventing any restarts? (which is impossible). How do others workaround that?. Perhaps once you are listed in the stats, a server re-start will only affect the totals?
