Crossfading while writing mp3's to disk?

Is there a utility or plug in that would allow the same features as the Nullsoft Crossfading Output plug while writing to disk?

Currently using out_disk to write the mp3's out to wav and then burning the wavs to CD.

Ultimately I'd like to be able burn an audio CD and have each track fade into the next (as well as decreasing the amount of time between tracks).

Lemme know if there's a way to do this

Try SqrSoft ACF Disk Writer
