Nothing is streaming?

Those posts were the very first place I looked, but they still do not help.

When I click the "Tune In" button, the only thing that shows up in my winamp playlist is "shoutcast-playlist[1]" and it's not playable. When I click the play button, nothing happens. I've re-downloaded and Re-installed Winamp2FULL, and still to no avail.
