help with shoutcast server please!!!!!!!

ok when I click on yellow pages and make server public it says

<08/31/02@08:18:06> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave error (HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request)

many many times and keeps on going! anyone know why it does that? it stops doing it whenever I turn off the make server public option. please help ,thanks
