problem Internationalization (experimental)

I cannot run winamp after i install with that function? is there a problem with windows xp with that function? can anyone please help me thanx a lot...

winamp only shows the winamp3 screen and that's it. the main program does not even comes out`!!!!!

can anyone help me???
