New User Need Help

I just downloaded all the stuff I need for SHOUTcast. However, I get this error when running it:
[yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 12.229.14.206:666) from the Internet, disable NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out))

First off, 12.229.14.206 isn't my IP address as far as I know. I've tried finding a way to disable my firewall but I have no idea how(I'm pretty sure I have one)
Please help

If that isn't your IP then you need to change Yport to 666 not the PortBase (Yport is down a ways in sc_serv.ini/sc_serv.conf).
