What happened to the scrolling title on the Task Bar?

I just installed v3.0 and was wondering, is there a way to enable the TITLE SCROLLING feature in the task bar that used to be in previous versions?

i hear alot of arguements against winamp3. Can you tell me what the main advantages and differences are supposed to be? i'm just wondering what your oppinion is cause i've heard nothing but the bad side of the story both from the forums and from friends.

Winamp 3
BAD Points
more sluggish to load
more sluggish when opeing the prefernces window
more sluggish when dragging round the screen
have to click play to get going rather than use my multimedia keyboard
Random Play starts on 1

GOOD Points
Lot more stable - hasn't crashed yet and Winamp 2 crashed daily
seams to cope with hdd access from other programmes better - less cutting out / stuttering
nicer skins
easy to play all tracks by a artist without opening another playlist

My Virdict : Winamp 2.8 uninstalled.

I never really liked the scrolling title in the task bar. It kinda annoyed me and sometimes I could see it in low resolution games I was playing...like running windows in 800x600 and also playing HL and having winamp2 playing a song...i could see the title scrolling down there in my game. Really annoyed me.

I have most of my songs' track #'s memorized so I just look at the playlist number (unless it has changed for some reason)

if i can hold up im gonna get winamp 3 when i get my new build computer. cuz my computer fucked up and i had 2 reinstall windows 98. so when i get my new computer im gettin it. i dont think im gonna install it on this 98 machine. ill just listen 2 my music usin my ugly mp3 player.

Winamp3 screws up on xp but works fine on 98
