Were you able to get on the net?

From 6pm I was of the net...don't know if its on my end or theirs but Ireally need to know FAST!!!
I kept on getting a PPP error what ever that is?

Have you checked the website to see if they have a service status report?

P.S. A PPP error sounds like something to do with authentication...

We're getting telewest installed today, hopefully shouldn't have any problems as it isn't ADSL.
