A couple of quick Questions (or is that 2nd one a bitch in disguise?).

Greetings all. This is my first time here and I'm afraid that I quickly felt it necessary to give up on finding what I needed in other people's posts. Please be patient.

1) What's an Agent and why do I want it running constantly?

2) I find it MUCH harder to create Playlists with Winamp than with "Windows Media Player", but can't seem to load my existing Playlists (*.ASX) into Winamp. Is this currently doable?

Are there any plans to make the creation of Play Lists in Winamp much, Much, MUCH easier?

TIA

You're having me on! It CANNOT be that easy.

Are you really saying that I can Create a new Playlist, open my Media Folder in Windows Explorer, select files normaly (CLICK, SHIFT-CLICK, or CTRL-CLICK) and when I've selected how ever many hundred songs I want, I just Drag the Selected songs into the new Playlist?

NO WAY! CANNOT be THAT easy!!!

just remember to save the playlist when you are done saving it. I kept forgetting to do this and lost my playlist every other day. I guess I was just to lazy in the near-term to care about the long-term.

anyway, welcome to the fourms.

You could've just pulled up the winamp.m3u file, a backup of your last playlist.

No, really that shocked!

Please understand that I'm used to things Not working, or sorta working, or working if you know what you're doing and are willing to put in a bit of effort.

Something that's intelligently designed to work easily?
THAT'S SHOCKING!

Any chance of these guys taking over Microsoft? *GUFFAW*
