Updated APEs
These are the final, updated versions of the APEs first used in Whacko AVS IV.
Improvements: - Multiplier now uses MMX and is faster than the built-in Fast Brightness, especially for the higher modes! - MetaAPE and Tentacles are slightly faster too, tentacles reacts more fluidly - Channelshift has onbeat option (I know it's been around for a while)
