Ahhh!!!

Ok, so winamp 3 hates me!! I downloaded a converter to change my 2 skins to 3 skins and it just makes my winamp crash, SO then I tried to make my own 3 skin, I went though all the stuff and downloaded everything and even made a bmp to use, and I am so lost and I can make it!!! Can anyone help me???-Jut
