16 kpbs to 128 kpbs - imporvement

hi

i have a few mp3's that are of 16kbps and of low sond quality and volume. I need to conver them to 128kpbs and improve the quality.

you can't
the data was lost when they were first encoded to 16kbps. you cn't magic the data out of nothing.

It's not just that - the point is more that the answers and thread can then be referred to at a later date by other newbies who possibly could use the search function.
