Radio Skipping...Plz Help!

HEllo, i have a Linux box setup with a t1 and max users of 200, this isnt my problem i have a friend using the same box with no problems, heres my problem:

When running anything over 24kpbs the sound for listeners skips, yet my friend who has a slower connection than me is fine on 56kbps, heres my specs.

WindowsXP Home
Winamp 2.80
10/100 Comcast @home Internet 150KB/s Down - 15KB/s Upload
800mhz AMD Duron
640mb SDRam
Onboard Soundmax Digital Audio

Can anyone help me?

That's not a T1 then, I am talking about activly connected listeners not the max listener count setting. We are talking about a 1500kbps connection right?

Please don't take offense I am only trying to help you. I see so many webcasters assuming listeners they can't support.

Problems know as of now are routers to the server, do a tracert to the system's ip if the router is bad coming to you, even if the box was on OC48 it would still lag to all hell.
