see, I have entered the realm of WA3, and I will, hopefully, start skinning skins of such beauty that only I can treasure them. Unfortunately...I can't figure out how the fuck to do that....if anyone has any advice for me, I'll take it and possess it for eternaty, or they make Winamp4....

Welcome, just draw your ideas with photoshop / psp (although i prefer photoshop.... *dont make this a ps vs psp thread) and then take some tutorials on xml part
