How to run shoutcast as a windows service

I setup shoutcast on a W2K service. it works fine. Now I want to run shoutcast as a windows services at startup. Because I restart my remote server every week.

How can I do this ?

I want to launch Shoutcast before I open a session (CTRL+ALT+DEL) on the server. So I have to install shoutcast as a service to have a 24h/7day broadcast.

I try with instserv (RESKIT) but I don't manage this.

I'm sure i'm not the only guy to have this little problem.
