help me, za pro 3.1.395 and shoutcast

How to configure za pro 3.1.395 in oder to do radio with shoutcast?
i was compelled to uninstall ics/nat (no problem) and shutdown firewall, it's not good...

i find no solution, please help me
sorry for my english...

i have 2 PC (local network)
windows 98 SE
