No One Can Connect Except Me! NO FIREWALL!

Help Me. I have done everything. All the plugins and server and everything. I can connect to my self (WinAmp 3 to WinAmp 2.8).

I have NO FIREWALL. I am running Microsoft Internet Connection Sharing but I am the host so it shouldn't bother me. It still says my ports are closed though.

Somthing odd with ICS. Try usign a port below 1024
