I Cant Get My Skins To Come Up On My Playlist!!!!!!!! Help!!!!!!

HELP!!!!!!! When i download a skin....it wont let me put that skin onto my playlist. I am very new to this. So im having a lot of trouble and its making me very mad.
I understand that you have to go to something onyour playlist that sys skins. And then from there you click on the skin that u downloaded and it will come up onto your playlist. Well, when i go to put that sin on my playlist, he skin doesnt show up. I downloaded one skin like 100 times and it still NEVER showed up.
If anyone can offer me any help.....PLEASE reply to this.

You don't have to put skins in your playlist to make them work, they should automatically download and apply themselves to Winamp.

If that isn't happening, try right clicking on the download link and choosing "save target as" and then save to your WA skins directory, usualy located at
c:\program files\winamp\skins

Then , while WA is running, press ALT+S to bring up the skin browser and choose the skin you have just downloaded.

You haven't also installed and uninstalled Winamp3 lately have you?
