MMX stands for Multimedia Math eXtension. It's basicly an enhanced version of the Pentium microprocessor.

In short - it's time to upgrade your computer.

MMX
multimedia extensions

In late 1996, in an effort to capitalize on the expanding market for multimedia applications, Intel unveiled an enhanced version of its Pentium microprocessor. These MMX processors contain additional instructions, or commands, and other enhancements specifically designed to handle sound, video, and graphics chores. To take advantage of MMX, software must be written specifically for these enhancements.

How old is your processor in your PC?, most machines have been MMX ready for a lot of years now.

What plugin is it that won't run?
