skin problem

winamp 2.81 does not recognize skins.
i just reformatted my windows xp
i installed the new installer package.
attempted to unzip the .wz, but nothing works.
it wouldn't automatically recognize with winamp.
i placed the .wz file in the skins folder.
i unzipped the package and placed all the individual files in the skin folder, but nothing works.
i placed all the individual skin files into a folder in the skin folder and all it recognized is the folder name.
i've redownloaded the installer. reinstalled. nothing works
this is getting me so pissed off. i want to have shoutcast dsp support and cool skins. winamp3 works with skins, but no dsp server support. I'm starting to think about going to another player.
i want dsp, skins, and visualizations. and this was winamp, but no longer. please someone help me. could it be a glitch in 2.81 in 2.80 i never had this problem. does anyone have the old build still.
please someone help me i'm going crazy.

thanks for the quick responce.
i found that thread last night.
all i needed to do was right click and save as .wsz
thanks . is still my favorite.
now if you only know how to speed up the mpeg player.
it seems to loose sync ever time i fast forward. so why doesn't winamp3 have shoutcast dsp support? and is there anything in the works for mpeg streaming in winamp3 or 2.81?
