Ok 2 Questions About Skinning

Alright, I have a couple questions regarding transparency. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with the coding. I'm trying to figure out how to make the position bar, volume, balance, mono stereo buttons, and toggle playlist/equalizer buttons transparent. If anyone can help me out here, and maybe post up the coding required to do this, I would appreciate it.

You can't, and you can.
You need to make the background image transparent using a region.txt file to cut out shapes on the main window.
