DirectSound Buffer!! Help!

When i try to play my music it says its theres a 'error creating the direct sound buffer'. please help!

Could you provide more information? CPU speed, RAM, sound and video card specs, OS, Winamp version etc....

In the meantime, try Peter's wa2update patch which has the latest DirectSound Output plugin.

i dont know any of that besides the winamp version which is version 2.

it also says 'error code: 80070057' when i try to play my music
