internet dial up

Hi

How do I stop Winamp Dialling up the internet each time I insert a CD to be played?

Is this what you are looking for.

Go to (Cntrl+P) > Plug-ins > Input and highlight your CD plug-in. This will be either IN_CDDA.DLL or IN_CDREADER.DLL.

Click on Configure and there will be an option to turn off CDDB look up.

For IN_CDDA.DLL I think it is somthing like uncheck 'Gracenote CDDB'
For IN_CDREADER.DLL it is uncheck 'Use Internet CDDB'

(edit) There is also an option at (Cntrl+P) > Set Up > 'No Internet connection available' (/edit)
