it is possible to put a new slider in settings that
change the lcd background opacity.
Another thing I think about is if the triangle,
bottom right, can be a toggle for the thinger.

Two themes!
I've been tracking mercury since you first started on it
Finally made two themes.

Inverted Watermellon and ash.
Inverted Watermellon looks great in all except the normal mode, heh. Ash is just a simple change to give it a burnt grey red flavor!

The link you gave doesn't appear to work.

I played around with adjusting the opacity of the LCD and it doesn't look as good as you might think, if anything it just makes it illegible. Also, all of the modes, except mini, already have a Thinger built in, so I don't think I need to make yet another toggle for Thinger window.

There will not be another update until the skin is officially released. At the rate I'm working though, that should be within a few days, I'm working a couple remaining issues and surprises and then it's all go.

rpeterclark. remember how i suggested that you make it so each mode remembers where it was on the screen? Then you said you didn't think it could be done, but if I find a skin that does it, I let you know?

Well I found one. And it has been sitting right in front of our noses MMD3 does it.

Second page! That's just unacceptable!

Well, I'm running into a few scripting issues while trying to wrap this up so I think I might give you guys another update and see if anyone has any ideas. My major glitch right now is I'm trying to make it so that the glass opacity slider also adjusts the glass on component windows. It works, mostly, for some reason it crashes ONLY after opening any component window, then opening the Configure window, then closing a component window, and then closing the Configure window. It's driving me nuts.

So check back later, I'll have an update posted soon...

man i was looking through all the color themes today and it still amazes me how great they all are! I think its really cool how so many people felt they were able to come up with their own themes for it.

Plus i figured that i havn't recently said that you and you skins rock rpeter. You did a great job tackling the component skinning. I'm eagarly awaiting the final release of this skin and i can't wait until there is a jupiter thread

Sorry about the delay with the latest update. I ended up figuring out the scripting problems I was having right before I went to post it, so I held off a bit. The skin is really damn close to bieng done! I have only a few more little extras I am going to put in, and then it's launch time. A day or two at the most...

RPeter: You are definately 2 for 2 on winamp 3. This is my favorite skin by far! You set up a great atmosphere in your thread, which led to an outpouring of support and help from the community. I wish there were more authors like you out there.
The only problem? You've set the bar so high that Jupiter is going to have to be unbelieveable, which i'm sure you will pull off. Until the Jupiter thread....

i second...or is it 90th?...the "this skin is truly great" thing. definately an instant classic...there is a bit of a bug on the playlist though, but i figure its way too late in the game to really care. so on behalf of everyone who thinks MMD3 is just alright, thank you!

also, seeing my name THIRD on the thank you list made my day
