if you dont have a balance.bmp, the volume.bmp will be used for the balance aswell.
Atleast i think that that might be it. But i'm not sure.

Make sure they're properly named: volume.bmp and balance.bmp

Make sure they're both in the right .wsz / .zip / directory (whichever you're using)

If still problems, post and we'll take a ganders...

That's ok... an easy mistake to make. You have to remember WA2 is looking for specific bitmaps so you have to name everything correctly.

May I advertise my template?
Click on the "Skinner's Atlas" link down in my sig. It's a template that contains all the files you need and a long explanation in the readme.txt. Try it

Jellby - I downloaded SkinnersAtlas2.wsz today, and it didn't have nums_ex.bmp - just numbers.bmp. Was up yo?

Sorry, didn't mean to sound intimidating. Didn't realise that was the case. I don't remember it used to be like that. Oh, well. That's prolly cause if balance.bmp isn't present (it isn't essential) a section of volume.bmp will be used instead (cropped 9px from the left and 15?px from the right, if my memory serves me right). Obviously in some skins this will look perfectly natural whereas in others it won't.

If you want anymore help, we're always glad to help... (welcome to skinlove)

AAARRGHH!!!!
And I noticed CursorMultiply.zip (by Skinme!) was missing too. I had to dig in old threads, because I didn't find it in my harddisk Do you have a newer version, Skinme?

Thanks for telling me, JB, it should be fixed now

I noticed that recently, and I think there was something else missing, though I can't remember what . You might want to double-check everything in there, Jellby.

It's pretty good. Very simple, but a real time-saver. Another innovative manifestation of collective Skin-love wisdom. It was Nini's idea, which was brought to fruition by me, later improved and enhanced by skinme!, and given a home by Jellby's Skinner's Atlas

I don't know, I've never used it (<- this means embarrased to me). I haven't made any cursors since Skinner's Atlas... But I thought you might have found a bug, or changed the readme, or whatever.
