FATAL ERROR! Some other process is using this port!

i think i managed to set everything up and it all appears to be ok.....just to make sure in what format do i give the address to ppl so they can connect......i think its http:\\(ipaddress)(port number)

i wasnt sure b4 about what ip address to use and im still not sure....do i use the ip address assigned to me by my ISP which i use to connect to the internet or do i use the ip address given to me via the whatsmyipaddress website. help help help

in the config file it mentioned something about port 666. has that been recovered now or not...i get my internet connection via a ISP which other way can i set this up.....what do users connect to........
