i need help trying to make a cd

My skills like many others are fairly basic, and I haven't figured out where to go to copy the songs so that they are then transfered on a cd. I know I need to go to something called wave plug out (something like that) but i can't find it.

No no, you can not burn CDs with Winamp. Use a program like Nero for you burning needs.
