History Plugin Request

I have a request for a history plug-in. Oh yes. I know there are some out there. But I would like one that actually works and doesn't actually crash WA2! (namely Winamp History 121 and Pepper v1 Top 10 History and Tricks) Both I have tried several times with no luck.

It would work in the background (v important)
and spew out the track just heard (if listened through all the way. Not just assume that that after 3 minutes of listen to track it is recorded which would make long songs reported about three or four times)
and dump the track name + artist to a text file.
If you skipped a track within, say 30 seconds, then it would dump the name of that track to another least favourite file.
It would also take into account if the mouse hadn't moved or no keyboard input for 5 minutes factor (ie you not listening to a track if your not actually there.

Well that's my tuppence worth and for what it's worth I know not.
