studio.exe
I tried winamp 3. It sucks. I went back to a previous version. It works pretty good but I can't see my videos any more. I get a message like "can't find studio.exe this file needs to read winamp media file." How do I do to see my videos with quicktime or windows media player like before ? Thanks for heloing me.

Studio.exe
I had winamp2 and it was great. I upgraded to winamp3 and lost the ability to play any music. WinAmp3 dos not load. I keep getting the message that "this program (Studio.exe) is needed for opening files of type "Winamp media file".
Where do I find Studio.exe?????:

studio.exe is the Winamp3 executable file, akin to winamp.exe in Winamp 2.x
To reassociate any format (whether audio/video) with any other player, simply open up the player of your choice and reassociate the relevant formats within that player's options, eg. Windoze Media Player 7+ -> Tools Menu -> Options -> Formats tab For skin-related problems, either see a dermatologist (lol, j/k), or: reinstall winamp 2.81 If the problem persists, go to: Windows Folder Options -> File Types tab Scroll down for & hi-lite WSZ extension In WinME/2k/XP, click: Advanced File Description should be: Winamp extension installation file, NOT Winamp3 Skin Default action should be: Install Command line (c/o Edit button) should be: "C:\Program Files\Winamp\winamp.exe" "%1" If using Win9x, MIME (Content Type) should be blank, as in: none Further help/info: From the WA2 Skins & Plugins Tech Support Forum: Sticky: downloaded skins won't load |
