Pops and crackles

Sometimes between songs Winamp pops like a record. This only occurs sometimes, at varying volumes, and only on CDs. I'm running the updated version of WA 2.81, and have tried changing the wave out settings, but it still does it. Any ideas? And no, I couldn't find an answer in the forums.

its probably just an error on the cd itself or a defect or a damaged section.

No, it can't be the CDs, because sometime it will and sometimes it won't evn on the same CD, and the same tracks. I think now it might be a skin problem...
