customizable display with ID3 tags?

Does anyone know of a plugin that could be used to customize what information is displayed in the playlist editor? In otherwords, using the ID3 tags on the files, a program that would allow a user to choose, say, to have songs listed as "Artist - Album - Track - Title" rather than simply "Artist - Title"? I'm DESPERATE for a plugin like this! Please, anyone, let me know!

You can already, it's built in...

Goto the Winamp preferences (hotkey: CTRL + P), goto "Plug-ins" -> "Input" and select "Nullsoft MPEG Audio Decoder v2.xx". Click "Configure". Go to the "Title" tab to change it's display settings. (Eg. use: %1 - %2 - %3 to display Artist - Title - Album in your Playlist Editor.)

I'm writing a plugin that does this among other things...

It's not customizeable, but it uses 'Artist - Album - Track# - Songname' by default...
