How to convert mp3 to wma?

Does anyone knows how to configure the setting in the wma output plugin in winamp?

Is there any other free software for converting mp3 to wma?
thanks

um, why would you want to?

for a start, transcoding (moving from one format to another) is bad. Both mp3 and wma are 'lossy' file formats, this means that when you encode to one, you lose data (and file quality), so you'll lose twice as much file quality (and it will sound crap).

secondly, wma is a worse format than mp3 (for file size and quality).

and thirdly, wma is not as widley used as mp3.
