a little help please

Hi,

How can I brodcast shoutcast using winamp behind a router. I'm on a university campus. I believe it use a router.. cuz my computer IP is assigned and different then what I see the IP when I go to those whatis my IP site to check. can you please show me the steps to get it working.. I can hear other people broadcast but people can't find my.. even if I give them the both IP on my computer & the site.. it's not working.. so, how can i get around this?

unless you have access to administrate the gateway or know the administrator of the gateway there is nothing you can do.

well last year one friend of mine broadcasted behind the university firewall.. and it will certainly work behind the firewall... i doubt it work outside of it.. even without getting access through the router...

because it is all local IP's for everyone else...

yea, it only work for local user on campus. but i want to broadcast to people outside.
