Associate the file extension 'cda' in the menu right above the " Associate With Audio CD's".

What's your Windows OS ?
Define "won't work"

Do you mean, you checkmark it, but when you go back in it's unchecked again?

If so, then it looks like you've been hit by the evil MMJB uninstall bug.
Either this, or some other similar crap player

Yes,I checkmarked it but when I went back to check it I found it unchecked. I did have Music Match player installed and have since deleted it and after more fiddling around with the settings I was able to fix my problem. Thanks to all who have responded so quickly.

I'm looking for an MP3 organizer that does everything. Any suggetions?

CDDB obtains CD info from the internet. Is there a program or a web site that recognizes mp3 songs when playing them and downloads info for them?

http://www.renatager.de/ can guess the cddb info for mp3 files, however this is experimental since the cddb lookup is based on toc (table of contents) of the cd: the number of tracks and their playing time - so this works only for full albums in mp3

PsychicMP3 seems to be able to do the same

i don't use any mp3 management tool but mpeg audio collection looks good
