cant download the base skin

ive been trying for a week now, but every time i try 2 download the base skin, the server is unreachable, this message pops up after it tries to load for 30 seconds or so. whats the prob? i really want 2 make my own skins...

Um in the SkinnersAtlas1.wsz in your winamp skins directory. Just open the file with winzip or rename it to SkinnersAtlas1.zip and then open it.
