Window positions: exploding layout

I'm experiencing random problems with Winamp not remember the windows positions correctly. Usually I have all my windows docked together (eq, playlist, thinger) and have winamp displayed in the systray only.

Sometimes when I activate winamp after a while by clicking the systray icon, my window layout has 'exploded': all the windows' upperleft positions seem to have been multiplied by a certain factor, causing them to become undocked, while still keeping the original arrangement I had. I don't use any scaling on the windows btw.

I know this is a vague bugreport, but I haven't been able to find a sure way of making it happen.
