Need help finding a plugin!

I'm trying to make a mp3/stereo type thing, and have everything set up except I need a plugin that will scan d: (cd rom) for mp3's and create a playlist out of it, then when i change cd's it will delete the previous playlist and create a new one. It needs to do this all automatically aswell. Plugins I've tried and didn't do what I wanted were Full Playlist. And plugins that, from their description, sounded to be exactly what I need but couldn't get to work were On The DL and WANQer. If someone could point me to a plugin or give me some pointers on how to get On the DL or WANQer working, that would be great, ta
