Can someone make this plugin...

It should be very simple to do compared to 99% of the other plugin's I've seen...

All I want is a plugin for Winamp 2.80 that sends the filename of the current song I'm listening to a PHP script I have on the internet to the URL (if someone really wants to know, just ask and I'll explain why)...

The URL got shortened, but if you hover over it and check your status bar of your browser, you'll see what the whole thing is.

Also, the sample got cut off because of the spaces when it normally shouldn't, but if needed, the spaces would be %20 to work.
