"Private" shoutcast streams

I'd rather run a shoutcast stream with only limited access allowed for vetted sources.

Can shoutcast support "private" streaming?

I've RTFM can don't see anything about it.

Thanks

See Tom's reply in this post.

Summary:
Make your stream non-public
Run in RIP mode
Add RIPs

FYI:
RIP = Reserved IP

Thanks

with some more RTFM of the winamp side, rather than the server side I worked out the non-public bit, but thanks for the info on RIP.. I'll check it out
