About Oasis Hour Broadcast

I have a complaint, because I use broadband and the Shoutcast broadcast "Oasis Hour) on 6-7 GMT is too slow.
Everytime I listen to it it stops and rebuffers.
Considering that isn't crowded, I'm very bothered because it's annoying when you're listening to the broadcast and suddenly stops.
I hope there's any solution for this problems, because it's a good radio and I can't listen to it as weel as I should.

That's the link to the radio. It's not 24-7, but there's an stable link where you can see the schedule, Oasis Hour is a program aired on some hours, not always.
