i can broadcast but not be a server

Hey i'm running win2k and i'm behind a cable router, i've got all the winamp programs too broadcast on the internet and i've configured my router so that the 8000 ports are forward to my computer, but my problem is that i can'not let my friends connect to me and broadcast off from me.
So i'm wondering if there isn't anything that i haven't tried that i can try to get this working
plz help :/

Please post the link(s) they are trying.

Remember, lan machines use the lan ip of the DNAS to connect. Non-lan machines use the non-lan ip of the DNAS to connect.

Yeah i know.. but i'm a noob and i still have no idea what that means tho :/
how do i find out what my DNAS is?.
So how does people from outside my home LAN connect to my shoutcast to broadcast out?
People can connect to me and listen to my own broadcast but other djers cannot connect to me and braodcast which is my problem.. if that makes any sence what so ever.
Would you can to give me an example??
please?
Thanking you inadvance
