cant find any bmp files, help!

hi i cant find any bmp files, i downloaded the templates, and it downloads as one whole file, there are no bmps. how does it all work!?

wsz's are just renamed zip files.

open it with winzip or some other zip program to find the bmp's

you downloaded a zip file, the bmps are in there
you must unzip (extract) it to a folder
you may be able to right click>>Winzip..>>Extract to <directory\New Folder> depending on how yours is set up
or double click and select all and extract or something..I usually don't do it that way

once unziped, how do i get it back to a wsz format?????? winzip wont let me......

rename it from blah.zip to blah.wsz does not require winzip
