Is it possible to embedd visualisations

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to make an audio cd with embedded visualizations for use in a dvd player. I want to use the geforce visualization and be able to see the effects without the use of the computer..just the dvd player capable of playing mp3's and vcd's as well as normal audio cd's as most players these days can.

Just make it a vcd, capture the audio and video as one file and convert it to vcd format. As far as i know its not possible for a dvd player to read from two seperate files simultaneously.
