how do u upload those playlists like evreyone else?

First of all yer gonna need some webspace to store your file. Geocities is crappy, but it gets the job done http://www.geocities.com/

Then go to Winamp 2 and load the base skin since it's easy to use. Then click the "Miscellaneous" menu (4th from left) and then click the same spot once again to go to "Misc. Options." Then you will see "Generate HTML Playlist." Click that, and then you should be able to save it using the directions there.

Then upload that to geocities and post a link to it.
