Sorry..once again on/off status

I readed the sticked Threads.....
I went to all Websites with the tools.......
My English is not very good.....but the problem is.....
If someone ask for the ON/OFFair Status images on website...the always comes answer.."Read the sticked Threads"
I had read them 1000 of times.......And no where stands a tip..what i have to download and to do...to show an Onair image on my website.

Thats what i miss in the Sticked....

Witch tool i have to download to bind an Image on my webside...
I have all do....i have an dyndns adress...so that the adress never change...
Please help.
