possible to throttle upload speed?
I have two computers connected to my router, XP pro on both. One machine is just for streaming. My upload speed averages 650kbps. However when I upload stuff on my main machine it still causes the stream to skip. Is there any way to throttle the speed of my upload on my main computer to prevent this?
