Shoutcast Server Problem Need Help!!!

Ok i have config. the server correctly , it is connected , but when someone try to connect to it (the problem is not in the adress) i got a message in winamp that says : ERROR SYNCING MPEG

how do i solve this

Check out the results from a SHOUTcast forum search on 'Error Syncing MPEG'.

For starters, look for a post by frommy titled:
Error Syncing to mpeg (what's this?)

Some of the other results may help, too.
