First of all, you need to make sure you are broadcasting at a bitrate that will support 3 listeners. I'm assuming you're using your localhost, and not a 3rd party hoster? If that's the case, most cable connections cap uploads at 128kps, so in order to achieve 3 listeners, you need to divide 128/3. Which means you can broadcast at 40kps maximum.
