Windows ME(I know, its bad) and shoutcast problems

I finally found my problem, but I've got no idea how to use it. Under the recording part of the mixer there's no stereo mix button. I've got nothing close to that option either (stereo out, what u hear) none of that. It doesn't explain my winamp source in the input goes to heck, but its the only thing that isn't kosher with everything else.
