Right next to "connections" you should see "yellowpages". In there is a tick box which says, "Make this server public (recommended", make sure it's ticked and then below enter your station name under the Description.

Below that, be sure to tick "Enable Title updates" and auto just next to it.

When you do this, you'll be transmitting this to listener's the winamp player
